Refunds / Returns
In the case a refund is necessary, the payment will be returned to the original card used for payment. The customer has 30 days to complete the return procedure. If items being returned are due to customer order error, there is a 10% restocking fee and customer is responsible for return shipping. We are not responsible for the customer purchasing the wrong model, style, color, etc. If there is a manufacturer error, damage, or you received a wrong item, please call us and we will gladly help you with these issues.
Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the wrong items.
QuickLock Cabinets will not accept items for return that have been used, and/or damaged during installation.
